Job Description
This position is reporting to Training Administration Supervisor. You are expected to assists the training function within Greater Bay Airlines to ensure effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update training software (e.g. Training rostering system, E-Learning system)
- Assist with the monthly Flight Crew training plan for roster planning
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee schedules, attendance records, course certificates and training forms)
- Resolve Flight Crew training administrative issues as they arise
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements to existing or new training administration processes
- Communicate with CAD Personnel Licensing Office regarding Flight Crew licensing and exam arrangements
- Communicate and coordinate with External training suppliers, as required
- Assist the TAS with coordination with ISD over Cabin Crew CRM training
- Liaise with FIN regarding Flight Crew Training Invoices
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in training administration for an airlines or training organisation
- Experience in Project Management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of database and Learning Management System is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- A good team player, with strong communication skills
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
