Job Description

You are  expected to assist Manager, Ground Services (Quality & Safety) (MGS(QS)) to develop procedures and processes to comply with regulatory requirement in quality, safety & security perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist MGS (QS) to develop procedures & processes to comply with regulatory requirement in quality, safety and security perspectives
  • Assist MGS (QS) on managing the station inspection plans and schedule according to each station risk level and performance
  • Identity potential hazard, security threat and report to Headquarters (HQ) timely, carry out follow up action for risk mitigation
  • Perform station inspection for Ground Services Department according to company requirements
  • Issue Corrective Action Report (CAR) to respective section and station on audit finding, giving recommendation and follow up on CAR closing
  • Coordinate with HQ team and GHAs to implement the enhanced security measures as and when required
  • Coordinate and/or perform the security inspection where required by HQ.
  • Report to management in regards of individual station performance in terms of quality, safety and security
  • Work closely with Corporate Quality, Safety & Security Department (QSS) to ensure proper measures are put in place to maintain a healthy QSS controlling system and culture
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor when necessary


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Tertiary education or above in any discipline 
  • A minimum of 5 years aviation or airline experience, including 2 years in supervisory level
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Operations, Aviation Safety and Security.
  • Excellent command of English & Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong in determination and implementation
  • Positive thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Able to perform roster duty as assigned from time to time
  • Able to travel overseas extensively, as and when required
