Job Description

This position is reporting to Assistant Manager, Safety and Emergency Procedures Training.  You are expected to conduct SEP courses for Pilot and Cabin Crew and any other safety related tasks as determined by the Company and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to meet the required regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical training in the classroom, onboard the aircraft, training mock-up and at outsourced training units
  • Maintain and update all Cabin Crew training records and training manuals as required. Carryout administrative tasks as required
  • Assess, monitor, coach, and provide individual Pilot and Cabin Crew in the classroom with performance related feedback
  • Develop and construct lesson plans, handout and training aids that encourage and stimulate the crew’s learning process
  • Conduct phase testing followed by controlled written and practical examinations
  • If required, operate flights to conduct line checks. Report hazards and occurrences via safety reporting system
  • Conduct checks on Pre-flight briefing regarding safety and emergency procedures
  • Ensure high standard of safety and emergency procedures is implemented at all times in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above, completion of Train-the-Trainer or instructor basic course will be advantage
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in SEP training, working experience in a crew capacity will be advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
  • Good swimmer and no fear of heights
