Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: 3 June 2025 (Starting from 12 PM daily, while supplies last).
2. Travel Commence Period: 1 June – 30 September 2025 (Departure from Hong Kong)
3. Prize tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and will expire once the daily quota is fulfilled.
4. The promo code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) official online channels, including the GBA website, H5 and mobile application. 
5. The code must be used to book round-trip flights to specified destinations. This promotion cannot be in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
6. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the offer fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The specified promotional code is only applicable for purchasing specified round-trip flights between Hong Kong to Sendai, operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
8. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
9. The fares are eligible for passengers paying the adult fare only.
10. This promotion is not applicable to Child and Infant tickets
11. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.
12. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
13. Booking will be made under the designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) <<A>> class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
14. Changes to tickets are permitted under the following conditions: Changes made 48 hours or more before scheduled departure: HKD800 fee per ticket per transaction; Changes made within 48 hours of departure or after flight departure: HKD1,400 fee per ticket per transaction.
15. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
16. The prize ticket excluded fuel surcharges and taxes. The passenger needs to pay the remaining at the time of ticketing.
17. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage and one (1) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passengers may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through GBA official website or Customer Service Centre. 
18. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
19. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a round-trip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
20. All prize tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
21. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
22. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
23. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
