Terms and Conditions for AIRSIM Redemption
For new AIRSIMer, please fill in contact details and mailing address on this page, we shall mail you an AIRSIM (incl. HK$20 stored value) for free within 5 working days. In general, the delivery takes about 5 working days by Hongkong Post. Alternatively, you can pick it up at our AIRSIM Service Center at Causeway Bay or AIRSIM Office at Sha Tin upon registration completed.
For existing AIRSIMer, simply fill in your AIRSIM Account No. (10-digit) on this page, the HK$20 free credit will be loaded to your designated AIRSIM account within 14 days upon submission.

- The Online Redemption Period of this Promotion Campaign valid till 31 December 2025.
- Each GBA Customer registered with a valid email address / valid mobile number / AIRSIM Account is limited to one offer (HK$20 free credit is entitled once only). Duplicated applications will be rejected.
- For new AIRSIMer, please download and register AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before 28 February 2026 upon receipt of the new AIRSIM card in order to receive the free credit in the account. The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended for another 1 year automatically after you purchased a data package or top-up every time.
- For existing AIRSIMer, please consume the free credit before the expiry date of your AIRSIM account.
- Not applicable to AIRSIM Corporate Customer Accounts.
- Mailing of the New AIRSIM card is applicable to a Hong Kong address only.
- Free credit is available for a valid AIRSIM account in HK Dollars only and cannot be combined with other promotions during the same period.
- Offers valid while stock lasts. AIRSIM and GBA reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the promotions and any related disputes.
- In the event of any disputes regarding the product, the respective company will be solely responsible for handling and bearing the related liabilities with consumers, suppliers, relevant agencies, etc. Greater Bay Airlines will not be held responsible.
