Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 6 May – 9 May 2025 
2. Travel commencing period: 1 July – 30 November 2025 
3. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application. 
4. The code must be used to book to specified round-trip destinations. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
5. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
6. The specified promotional code is only applicable for purchasing designated round-trip flights to Tokyo, Osaka, Sendai, Tokushima and and Yonago , operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
7. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
8. The offer is eligible for passengers paying adult & child fare only.
9. The validity of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
10. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
11. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

13. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
14. The ticket includes one piece of 25kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
15. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
16. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
17. All offers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
18. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
19. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions. 
20. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
21. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
