Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Period: From now until December 31, 2026
2. Applicable Travel Commence Period: From now until December 31, 2026
3. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
5. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customer must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
6. The specified promotional code is only valid for purchases of designated flights operated by Greater Bay Airlines between Hong Kong and Manila.
7. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
8. The promotional code is applicable for booking adult fares only.
9. The ticket validity will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
10. Travel must originate from Hong Kong/Manila only.
11. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) and <Go Go>Branded Fare, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
12. Changes are permitted for a charge of HKD500 per change with potential fare difference; No show fee wil be HKD600.
13. The cancellation fee for unused ticket is charged HKD800
14. The ticket is non-reroutable and non-transferable.
15. Discounted fares are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
16. The ticket includes (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage and (2) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
17. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date.
18. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
19. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
20. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
21. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
22. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
23. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
