No refunds will be provided once the booking is confirmed. No preview of the finished cake is available. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the final right of decision regarding any inquiries.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Availability
   a.     Customized cake orders are available only on flights departing from Hong Kong (ex-HKG).
   b.    Each passenger may place one cake order per flight booking.
2. Order Lead Time
   a.     Orders must be placed at least 10 working days before flight departure.
   b.    Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
3. Cake Type & Price
   a.     Cake Type: 400g fruit cake with mixed berries
   b.    Special Price: HKD 488 (Original: HKD 568)
   c.     Complimentary: An exquisite GBA greeting card
4. Passenger Image & Message Submission
   a.     Style: Cartoon ONLY
   b.    Photo Size: 8.5 cm (W) × 11.5 cm (L)
   c.     Format: JPG, high resolution
   d.    Background: Clear/Transparent background
   e.    Restrictions: No copyrighted images; avoid dark or unclear images
   f.      Passenger must provide both:
           i.     AI-generated cartoon image
           ii.     Personal message embedded within the image (e.g., Happy Birthday (Name))
   g. By submitting a customised cake order without providing any image, the passenger shall be deemed to agree and accept the use of Greater Bay Airlines’ default image on the cake.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
   a.     Once confirmed, customised cake orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.
   b.    If a passenger cancels, changes, or rebooks their flight, the cake order will be automatically cancelled without refund.
   c.     If Greater Bay Airlines cancels the flight, a replacement cake order may be offered on the rebooked flight (subject to availability).
6. Product Disclaimer
   a.     No preview image of the final cake will be provided before delivery.
   b.    Images are for reference only; actual cakes may differ in appearance.
   c.     Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to substitute cake type or design without prior notice if the ordered item is unavailable.
7. Copyright & Legal Responsibility:
   a.     Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted images and messages do not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
   b.    Greater Bay Airlines accepts no responsibility or liability for any infringement, violation, or misuse of third-party rights arising from passenger submissions.
   c.     In the event of any claim, dispute, or lawsuit related to the submitted image or message, the passenger shall bear full responsibility, including all associated risks, damages, and legal costs.
   d.    By submitting an image and message, passengers agree to indemnify and hold Greater Bay Airlines harmless against any claims or liabilities arising from such submissions.
8. Food Safety & Allergens
   a.     Cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens, including gluten, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, and tree nuts.
   b.    Greater Bay Airlines cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
   c.     Passengers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
9. Cabin Rules
   a.     Customized cakes must be consumed in accordance with cabin crew instructions.
10. Rights Reserved
    a.     Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
11. By placing a customized cake order, passengers acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
