Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: 22-24 July 2025
2. Travel Commence Period: 1 September – 30 October 2025 (Departing from Hong Kong)
3. Customers must purchase at least one (1) round-trip ticket to designated destinations during the promotion period to receive one (1) complimentary inflight snack.
4. Each eligible passenger may enjoy the offer only once during the promotion.
5. The offer is only applicable to outbound flights operated by Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) from Hong Kong to Tokyo, Osaka, or Sendai.
6. The offer is only applicable to passengers aged twelve (12) or above who have purchased adult fare tickets. If an adult is travelling with children or infants, the complimentary inflight snack will not be provided to children.
7. The complimentary snack is only available on the outbound flight from Hong Kong and does not apply to inbound flights.
8. The complimentary snack is a specified Hong Kong Street Food - Curry Fish Ball & Squid—and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or refunded.
9. Passengers do not need to select or pre-book the complimentary meal when purchasing tickets. Greater Bay Airlines will automatically arrange it for eligible passengers. For inquiries, please contact Greater Bay Airlines Customer Service Centre.
10. Greater Bay Airlines is fully committed to the safety of its passengers, including those who suffer from food allergies. While we work hard to minimise the risks of allergic reactions on board, we are unable to guarantee allergen-free meals and cabin environment due to the wide use of gluten, crustacean, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, and tree nuts, as well as their by-products in the processing environment and the meals and snacks served.
11. This offer is limited to one (1) use per person and cannot be reused.
12. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
13. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only; actual meals may vary.
14. Limited seats available, on a first-come, first-served basis until fully redeemed.
15. If a passenger changes or rebooks their flight, the complimentary meal will not be automatically transferred to the new flight and cannot be refunded or exchanged for other products.
16. If the specified meal is unavailable for any reason, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to provide an alternative meal without prior notice.
17. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
19. In case of any disputes, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the final decision-making right.
