  2. Applicable Travel Commence Period: From 6 October, 2025 to 18 December, 2025
  3. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.
  4. The promo code is only applicable for booking round-trip/one-way tickets for two people traveling to designated destinations This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  5. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
  6.  Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
  7. The promotional code is applicable for booking adult fares only.
  8. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.  
  9. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.  
  10. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.
  11. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
  12. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) and Branded Fare, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  13. The ticket is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
  14. Discounted fares are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
  15. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website.
  16. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date.
  17. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
  18. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
  19. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
  20. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
  21. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
  22. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
