Terms and Conditions (Ticket Sales)

1.    Ticket sales period: 18 Jun, 2025 to 15 Aug, 2025
2.    The promotion is only applicable for purchasing specified round-trip flights between Hong Kong to Pho Quoc Island, operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
3.    Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
4.    Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
5.    Conditions of changes will vary depending on the fare type you have booked. Please refer here.
6.    The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
7.    The fare is excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
8.    The ticket includes one piece of 7kg carry-on and one piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
9.    For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
10.  If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
11.  All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
12.  The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
13.  Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
14.  All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
15. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions (Hotel Promotion)

1. Hotel Booking Period: From 18 Jun, 2025 to 15 Aug, 2025.
2. Stay Period: From 16 Jul, 2025 to 31 Aug, 2025.
3. Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
4. Applicable room types: Garden Pool Villas (1–3 bedrooms), Premier Pool Villas (1–3 bedrooms), and Deluxe Pool Villas (4 bedrooms).
5. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
6. Please contact the individual hotels for blackout dates and specific terms and conditions.
7. Reservations must be made through the official hotel website.
8. Offer is valid only for select room rate plans marked with a promotional code.
9. Cancellation policies must align with the rate plan and respective hotel’s T&Cs.
10. Guests must present a Greater Bay Airlines boarding pass at check-in.
11. This offer is valid only for travellers holding a Hong Kong SAR passport and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
12. All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product and service.
