  1. Ticket sales period: From 29 September 2025 to 31 December 2025
  2. Applicable Travel Period: From 29 September 2025 to 30 June 2026
  3. Blackout Dates: From 20 to 25 December 2025, 13 – 21 February 2026, 2 – 7 April 2026
  4. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website and mobile application.
  5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  6. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process to enjoy the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
  7. The specified promotional code is only applicable for purchasing specified round-trip flights between Hong Kong to Bangkok, Taipei, Manila, Tokyo, Osaka, Sendai, Sapporo, Zhoushan, Quanzhou, Xuzhou, operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
  8. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
  9. The promotional code is applicable for booking adult round-trip/ one-way fares only.
  10. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
  11. For an infant not occupying a seat, round-trip ticket rate is HKD520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
  12. The validity of the ticket is subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
  13. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) and Branded Fare, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  14. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
  15. Conditions and fees for changes will vary depending on the fare type you have booked. Rebooking is not permitted for GoGo Promo fare.
  16. Discounted fares are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
  17. Conditions of baggage allowance will vary depending on the branded fare type you have booked. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website. Infant not occupying seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.
  18. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date.
  19. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
  20. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
  21. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
  22. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
  23. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
  24. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
