Terms and Conditions

Registration Procedures

  1. Applicants must present valid travel documents and visa-related proof at the time of registration. The validity of the documents must be no less than six (6) months from the date of departure.
  2. Flight tickets will be issued under the registered participant’s name.
  3. Please ensure the submitted name matches exactly with the name on the travel document. Name changes on the ticket are not allowed. If corrections to the name or changes to the date are required before the event, a modification fee of HKD 500 per transaction will apply.
  4. Participants may not transfer their registration quota to others. Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
  5. Greater Bay Airlines (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") reserves the final right to accept or reject any registration without providing reasons.
  6. Fees Include:
    i. One (1) one-way ticket from Taipei (TPE) to Hong Kong (HKG), with a piece of 7kg carry-on and a piece of 20 kg check-in baggage allowance included.
    ii. One (1) gift set valued at HKD 1,088 (approximately TWD 4,088).

Check-in and Admission

  1. Participants must complete the check-in process at the designated event counter within the specified time and present the exclusive boarding pass for admission.
  2. Upon check-in, participants will receive event-exclusive gifts. No requests for specific items or exchanges will be accepted.
  3. Participants who fail to complete the check-in process successfully may be denied admission and participation at the organizer’s discretion.

Event Schedule

  1. Participants must board the aircraft at the designated time as instructed by staff.
  2. After take-off, participants must keep their seatbelts fastened and follow instructions from the cabin crew until the seatbelt sign is turned off.
  3. Once the seatbelt sign is off, the artist interaction session will begin, guided by the cabin crew.
  4. A gift set will be distributed randomly during the event; contents cannot be specified or exchanged.
  5. After the plane lands safely, all passengers will disembark in an orderly manner under the guidance of the cabin crew.
  6. Participants will receive an event-exclusive flight certificate at the Hong Kong International Airport.

Interaction Guidelines

  1. Participants should respect the artist and fellow attendees, maintaining good order and courtesy.
  2. Participants must cooperate and follow the instructions of the cabin crew.
  3. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, physical contact, or unauthorized photography is strictly prohibited.
  4. Participants should not leave their seats or move around without permission during the event to ensure safety.
  5. Violation of these rules may result in termination of participation without refund at the organizer’s discretion.

Gifts and Certificates

  1. Contents of the gift sets are distributed randomly; the organizer does not guarantee identical items for all participants.
  2. Upon completion of the event and disembarkation, participants will be awarded a “Flight Certificate” as a memento.
  3. All gifts and certificates are non-exchangeable and cannot be specified.

Safety and Liability

  1. Participants must comply with all aircraft safety regulations and instructions from the cabin crew to ensure their own safety and that of others.
  2. The organizer and airline shall not be held liable for any accidents caused by personal negligence, violations, or misconduct during the event.
  3. The organizer shall not be responsible for any compensation due to changes, delays, or cancellations caused by weather, flight scheduling, flight safety, or other force majeure events.
  4. Participants are responsible for their own health conditions. Those with special medical conditions or health issues should notify the organizer in advance and assess their suitability to participate.

Use of Personal Data

  1. Participants agree that the organizer may collect and use personal data related to the event, including contact details and event photographs.
  2. The organizer commits to handling participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws to safeguard privacy.
  3. Photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional and archival purposes; participants consent to such use.

Other Provisions

  1. Participants must follow staff instructions. Those who disrupt the event or harm the rights and interests of other participants or staff may be disqualified from participation without refund.
  2. The organizer reserves the final interpretation and decision rights regarding these terms and conditions. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. Registration and participation constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.

Supplementary Clauses

  1. Health Declaration and Insurance: Participants are advised to purchase appropriate travel and accident insurance. The organizer is not responsible for personal health or accident risks.
  2. Event Recording: If the event is recorded or live-streamed, participants agree to be filmed and publicly broadcast.
