I. General Terms & Conditions

1. Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
3. GBA retains the final decision-making authority in the event of any disputes.

II. Game Event Arrangements & Rules

1. Event Period: 9-18 June 2025, 23:59 (HKT).
2. Winner Announcement Date: On or before 27 June 2025.
3. Prize Redemption Deadline: 2 July 2025, 17:00 (HKT).
4. This event is organized by GBA.
5. Eligibility Requirements:
   - Participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
   - Participants must purchase round-trip tickets using the promo code 【GETTOGH】 during the promotional period (9-18 June 2025) under the "Fly Refreshed with Minchen”. Each round-trip ticket qualifies for one (1) participation entry, but each person may only participate once.
   - Participants must follow GBA’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
6. Required Submission Details (via Google Form):
   - Chinese full name (as per HKID)
   - English full name (as per HKID)
   - Hong Kong passport number
   - Email address
   - 13-digit flight ticket number (starting with 283)
   - Ticket purchase date
   - Screenshot of e-ticket confirmation
   - Instagram username
   - An encouraging message for cabin crew
7. Any duplicate or incorrect submissions will be disqualified.
8. Winner Selection:
   - GBA will select 5 winners based on the most encouraging messages submitted via the Google Form.
   - Prize quota is limited to 5 winners in total.
9. Prize Details:
   - Each winner will receive one (1) autographed Polaroid by Lin Min Chen Lin.
   - Polaroids will be randomly assigned; winners cannot choose.
10. Winner Announcement:
    - Winners will be announced via GBA’s official Instagram account comment section on or before 27 June 2025.
11. Prize Claim Process:
    - Winners must reply and provide required details by 2 July 2025, 17:00 (HKT). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
12. Data Handling:
    - Personal data collected will be used solely for participation, communication, and prize distribution purposes.
    - All data will be processed in accordance with relevant privacy laws and deleted within sixty (60) days after the event concludes.
13. Final Authority:
    - GBA retains the exclusive right to judge all entries and decide on prize allocation.
14. Liability Waiver:
    - GBA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this event or use of the prize.

Flight Tickets Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket sales period: 9-16 June 2025.
2. Travel Commence Period (Tokyo, Osaka, Sendai, Yonago, Taipei): 10 June - 18 December 2025
   Travel Commence Period (Phu Quoc): 20 July - 24 August 2025 (Flights departing on Sundays only)
3. Blackout Period (Tokyo/Osaka/Taipei): 26 September - 4 October 2025
4. This promotion can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines' official online channels, including the Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application.
5. The promotional code must be used to book round-trip flights for two or more passengers travelling between Hong Kong to Tokyo, Hong Kong to Osaka, Hong Kong to Sendai, Hong Kong to Yonago, Hong Kong to Taipei, or Hong Kong to Phu Quoc Island.
6. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure that the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
7. The discount is only applicable to purchase the FlexGo fare option. Booking will be made under the designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) (H), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
9. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
10. The fares are eligible for passengers paying the adult fare only.
11. Customers under 12 years of age or infants occupying a seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservations and ticket issuance.
12. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD520, or the same rate for an adult passenger applies (whichever is lower), and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservations and ticket issuance. 
13.  The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.
14. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
15. Ticket changes are permitted under the following conditions:
    -          2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time: Free of charge
    -          Within 2 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time or after flight departure: A charge of HKD600 per ticket per transaction
    -          Changes must be within the specified departure dates of this promotion, which are from 10 June 2025 to 18 December 2025, departing from Hong Kong. (Subject to blackout period and specified departure dates)   
16. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
17. Discounted fares are excluded from applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
18. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on and one (1) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passengers may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airlines’ website or Service Centre.
19.  For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
20. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a round-trip, the returning flight will be invalid. No refund will be given for the missed sector, except for unused taxes.
21.  All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
22. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at the time of booking.
23. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
24. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
25. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
