Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket redemption period: 16 July 2025 – 31 March 2026 (both days inclusive)

2. Travel commencing period: 01 August 2025 – 30 June 2026 (both days inclusive)

3. Blackout period: (departing from Hong Kong; applicable to all routes; both days inclusive)

• 26 September – 04 October 2025
• 19 – 27 December 2025
• 13 – 19 February 2026
• 29 March – 07 April 2026
• 30 April – 07 May 2026

4. Redemption tickets are excluded government taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.

5. The redemption code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application. 

6. The redemption code can only be activated one time and is valid for a round-trip flight booking for one passenger only. If the passenger unable to retrieve the redemption code, it will not be reissued.

7. The redemption code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Passenger must ensure the redemption code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to complete the redemption. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered redemption code will not be eligible for a refund.

8. All redemption tickets are valid to the designated routes provided by Greater Bay Airlines. 

9. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements with prior notification to passengers. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.

10. The redemption code is eligible for adult passenger only.

11. Passenger under 12 years of age or infant occupying seat must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.  

12. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD520, and passenger must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance. 

13. The ticket is valid for two (2) to seven (7) days.

14. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.

15. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD) S Class, and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

16. Changes are permitted under the following conditions:

• 48 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time: A charge of HKD800 per ticket per transaction

• Within 48 hours prior to the originally ticketed flight/date/time or after flight departure: A charge of HKD1400 per ticket per transaction

17. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.

18. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage and one (1) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger.  Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre. Infant not occupying a seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.

19. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.

20. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.

21. All redemption tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.

22. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these Terms and Conditions. 

23. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.

24. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
