Job Description
Your role is to assist the administrative team in providing full spectrum of office administration services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration duties such as procurement, office supplies management, office facilities management, inventory update, etc.
- Liaise with service providers/suppliers and internal departments to provide general administrative services in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Maintain proper filing system of all outgoing or incoming correspondence and prepare reports
- Manage and monitor meeting facilities
- Responsible for travel arrangements and invoice settlements
- Organise company events and staff activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Tertiary education in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration preferably from a sizable organisation
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- A good team player but equally able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate availability desirable
