Job Description

Your role is to assist the administrative team in providing full spectrum of office administration services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration duties such as procurement, office supplies management, office facilities management, inventory update, etc.
  • Liaise with service providers/suppliers and internal departments to provide general administrative services in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Maintain proper filing system of all outgoing or incoming correspondence and prepare reports
  • Manage and monitor meeting facilities
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and invoice settlements
  • Organise company events and staff activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Tertiary education in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration preferably from a sizable organisation
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • A good team player but equally able to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate availability desirable

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
