條款及細則

1. 以上優惠只適用於指定合作機構員工，優惠內容不得轉載或公開或社交媒體上發佈，只供內部傳閱。
2. 必須為現有員工。如有違規，大灣區航空保留權利收取機票原價收費。
3. 以上優惠適用於成人票價。
4. 旅程必須及只能從香港出發。
5. 機票訂位將用指定預訂代號 (RBD)，預訂時因應 RBD 的座位供應情況而確認。機位有限，先到先得。
6. 出票後可允許付費更改/取消；收費、有效期、以及更改條款及細則將根據出票當時之條款及細則。
7. 機票不可更改航線及不可轉讓。
8. 折扣價格不包括稅款及附加費，旅客應在出票時支付適用的有關税款及其他附加費。
9. 在非自願航班取消或更改日期的情況下，僅允許申請重新預訂一次，並且必須在被通知後的 (7) 天內提出。新的旅行日期必須在原定出發日期的 (10) 天內進行。
10. 未滿12歲之旅客及同行佔座嬰兒票價為成人票價的75%。
11. 同行不佔座嬰兒的來回票價為成人票價的10%及另加適用稅項。
12. 同行不佔座嬰兒的機票不包含託運行李限額。
13. 未滿12歲之旅客及同行嬰兒必須由成人同行者陪同乘坐相同航班。請聯絡大灣區航空客戶服務中心安排預訂及出票。
14. 乘客不論任何原因而錯過了來回航班的去程航段，乘客的回程航段將會失效，機票除未使用的稅款外將不予退款。
15. 以上優惠不得與其他優惠同時使用。
16. 大灣區航空保留隨時修改此條款及細則之權利而毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，大灣區航空保留最終決定權。
17. 如英文文本與其他譯本有任何歧異，一概以英文文本為準。

Terms and Conditions

1. The above offer is only applicable to employees of designated organization. The details of the offer must not be reproduced, disclosed, or published on social media, and are for internal circulation only.
2. Passenger must be current employees and use a valid corporate email at the time of booking. If any violation is found, Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to charge the original ticket price. 
3. The above promotion applies to Adult fares. 
4. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only. 
5. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of respective RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
6. Change/Cancellation is allowed after ticket issuance. Change/Cancellation fee, validity, and terms and conditions for changes will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of ticket issuance. 
7. The ticket is only non-reroutable and non-transferable. 
8. The discounts are excluded government taxes and surcharges. Passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing. 
9. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date. 
10. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply 75% of the adult fare. 
11. For an infant not occupying a seat is 10% of the adult fare plus any applicable taxes. 
12. The Infant ticket not occupying a seat includes nil check-in baggage allowance. 
13. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation & ticket issuance. 
14. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a round trip, the returning ticket will be invalidated, and the ticket will not be refunded except for any unused taxes. 
15. The above offer not to be used in conjunction with other offers. 
16. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines. 
17. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and other versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
