  1. 優惠券使用日期：2026 年 2 月 1 日至 2026 年 3 月 31 日
  2. 適用旅遊日期：2026 年 2 月 1 日至 2026 年 6 月 30 日 (旅遊日期根據季節性航班時間而有所不同，請參閱航班時間表)
  3. 不適用旅遊日期：2026 年 2 月 11 日至 2026 年 2 月 19 日、2026 年 3 月 28 日至 2026 年 4 月 5 日、2026 年 4 月 30 日至 2026 年 5 月1 日、2026 年 5 月 18 日至 2026 年 5 月 19 日、2026 年 5 月 22 日至 2026 年 5 月 23 日
  4. 優惠券碼為 11 位或以上的字元，適用於大灣區航空官方網上渠道，包括大灣區航空網站，H5 (手機版網站)及手機應用程式，優惠券只適用於香港特別行政區 - 英文版，香港特別行政區 - 繁體中文版。
  5. 每個優惠券可用於單一預訂，每個預訂最多可供 9 名乘客使用，但必須用於預訂指定目的地的來回機票。如顧客無法使用優惠券將不予重新發放。
  6. 預訂時需為每位旅客輸入優惠券方可使用此優惠。
  7. 優惠券必須在"填寫旅客資料"後輸入。旅客必須確保在預訂過程中正確使用優惠券，方可享受優惠票價。因錯誤輸入優惠券而產生的任何票價差額將不予退款。
  8. 優惠券僅適用於指定大灣區航空營運的航班。
  9. 大灣區航空之營運航班有可能因營運需要而隨時取消或更改，已預訂及確定之機票將根據大灣區航空當時之處理程序及安排。
  10. 要符合優惠券折扣的使用資格，預訂機票的淨票價必須高於優惠券折扣的價值。
  11. 折扣後金額將以四捨五入計算最接近之十位數 (不適用於固定金額折扣優惠券)。
  12. 優惠券不適用預訂嬰兒座位。
  13. 未滿 12 歲之旅客及同行佔座嬰兒票價為成人票價的 75%，必須由成人同行者陪同乘坐相同航班。
  14. 同行不佔座嬰兒的來回票價為成人票價的 10% 及另加適用稅項， 必須由成人同行者陪同乘坐相同航班。請聯絡大灣區航空客戶服務中心安排預訂及出票。
  15. 機票有效期將根據出票當時之條款及細則。
  16. 旅程必須及只能從香港出發。
  17. 機票訂位將用指定預訂代號 (RBD)，預訂時因應 RBD 的座位供應情況而確認。機位有限，先到先得。
  18. 更改或取消未使用的機票之條款及費用將根據您預訂的票價類型而異。
  19. 機票不可更改航線及不可轉讓。
  20. 使用優惠券後優惠機票價格不包含政府稅項及其他附加費。旅客應在出票時支付適用的有關税項及其他附加費。
  21. 託運行李額之條款將根據您預訂的票價類型而異。旅客可從大灣區航空網站購買額外託運行李額。不佔座嬰兒並不享有行李額。
  22. 在非自願航班取消或更改日期的情況下，僅允許申請重新預訂一次，並且必須在被通知後的 (7) 天內提出。新的旅行日期必須在原定出發日期的 (10) 天內進行。
  23. 旅客不論任何原因而錯過往返行程的去程航段，旅客回程航段視為無效，除未使用的稅款外，其他費用將不予退款。
  24.  所有機票及優惠券均不可兌換現金、積分或任何其他物品，並不得用於任何已完成/提交/預訂成功的訂單，餘額不設找續。
  25. 如因任何原因取消訂單，優惠券代碼將不獲補發。
  26. 機票票價可因座位供應情況、機票艙位、出發日期及貨幣匯率波動等原因而變動。推廣價格只供參考，最終結算價格請以預訂頁面顯示之價格為準。
  27. 此優惠券活動不得與其他優惠一同使用。
  28. 大灣區航空保留有關修訂、取消或更改任何規則、條款和細則的權利。
  29. 如有任何爭議，大灣區航空保留最終決定權。
  30. 此條款和細則原文以英文撰寫。如英文文本與其他譯本有任何歧異，一概以英文文本為準。

Terms and conditions

  1. Coupon Redemption Period: 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2026
  2. Applicable Travel Period: 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Travel period may vary subject to seasonal flight schedule, please refer to flight schedule)
  3. Blackout Dates: 11–19 February, 28 March – 5 April, 30 April –1 May, 18–19 May  and 22–23 May 2026
  4. Each coupon contains a minimum of 11-character. It can be applied through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5(mobile website) and mobile application. The coupon code is only applicable to Hong Kong SAR - English version and Hong Kong SAR - Traditional Chinese version.
  5. Each coupon can be applied to a single booking and is valid for up to 9 passengers per booking, and must be applied to round-trip flight bookings to specified destinations for a designated number of passengers. If the customer is unable to apply the coupon, it will not be reissued.
  6. To be eligible for this offer, the coupon code must be entered for each individual passenger at the time of booking
  7. The coupon must be entered after completing passenger information. Customer must ensure the coupon is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered coupon code will not be eligible for a refund.
  8. The coupon is only applicable to designated flights operated by Greater Bay Airlines.
  9. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
  10. To be eligible for the coupon discount, the net fare of the ticket must exceed the value of the coupon discount.
  11. The discounted price will be rounded to the nearest tenth. (Not applicable to fixed-amount discount coupons).
  12. The coupon does not apply to bookings for infant seating.
  13. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply 75% of the adult fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. 
  14. For an infant not occupying a seat is 10% of the adult fare plus any applicable taxes, and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.
  15. The ticket validity will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
  16. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
  17. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of the RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  18. Conditions and fees for changes/cancellation of unused tickets will vary depending on the fare type you have booked.
  19. The ticket is non-reroutable and non-transferable.
  20. Discounted fares after applying the coupon are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
  21. Conditions of baggage allowance will vary depending on the branded fare type you have booked. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website. Infant not occupying seat is not entitled to baggage allowance.
  22. In the case of involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking is permitted only once and must occur within seven (7) days of the date you are notified of the change. The new travel date must be set within ten (10) days of the original departure date.
  23. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
  24. All tickets and coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items, no change will be provided for any unused balance.
  25. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the coupon code will not be reissued.
  26. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
  27. This coupon promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  28. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
  29. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
  30. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
