1. 折扣機票購買日期:  2025年7月28日 至 2025年 8月15日 
2. 適用旅遊出發日期:  2025年8月15日 至2025年12月18日
3. 推廣碼只適用於大灣區航空官方網上渠道使用，包括大灣區航空網站，H5及手機應用程式。
4. 推廣碼必須預訂指定目的地來回航班機票。此優惠活動不得與其他折扣優惠一同使用。
5. 推廣碼必須於”預訂航班” 時輸入。旅客必須確保在預訂過程中正確應用推廣碼，方可享受折扣票價。因錯誤輸入推廣碼而產生的任何票價差額將不予退款。
6. 大灣區航空之營運航班有可能因營運需要而隨時取消或更改，已預訂及確定之機票將根據大灣區航空當時之處理程序及安排。
7. 推廣碼及折扣機票只適用於支付成人票價的旅客。
8. 未滿12歲之旅客及同行佔座嬰兒與成人票價相同，必須由成人同行者陪同乘坐相同航班。請聯絡大灣區航空客戶服務中心安排預訂及出票。
9. 同行不佔座嬰兒的來回票價為港幣 $520， 必須由成人同行者陪同乘坐相同航班，請聯絡大灣區航空客戶服務中心安排預訂及出票。
10. 旅程必須及只能從香港出發。
11. 機票訂位將用指定預訂代號 (RBD)艙位，訂位確認需視乎航班艙位供應情況而確認。機位有限，先到先得。
12. 出票後可允許付費更改；收費、有效期、以及更改條款及細則將根據出票當時之條款及細則。
13. 機票不可退款、不可更改航線、不可轉讓。
14. 折扣機票價格不包含政府稅項及其他附加費。旅客應在出票時支付適用的有關税項及其他附加費。
15. 機票包括包括一件7 kg手提行李及一件20kg託運行李額。旅客可從大灣區航空網站或服務中心購買額外託運行李額。
16. 航班如非自願取消或改期，申請改期只限一次。改期申請必須於受影響航班日期的7天內提出。改期後的航班必須於受影響航班日期的10天內出發。
17. 旅客不論任何原因而錯過往返行程的去程航段，旅客回程航段視為無效，除未使用的稅款外，其他費用將不予退款。
18. 所有機票均不可兌換現金、積分或任何其他物品。
19. 機票票價可因座位供應情況、機票艙位、出發日期及貨幣匯率波動等原因而變動。推廣價格只供參考，最終結算價格請以預訂頁面顯示之價格為準。
20. 大灣區航空保留有關修訂、取消或更改任何規則、條款和細則的權利。
21. 如有任何爭議，大灣區航空保留最終決定權。
22. 此細則和條款原文以英文撰寫。如英文文本與其他譯本有任何歧異，一概以英文文本為準。
    

Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket sales period: 28 July 2025 – 15 August 2025 
2. Applicable travel commencing period: 15 August 2025 – 18 December 2025 
3. The promotional code can only be used through Greater Bay Airlines official online channels, including Greater Bay Airlines website, H5 and mobile application. 
4. The code must be used to book round-trip flights to specified destinations. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
5. The promotional code must be entered at the time of searching for flight availability. Customers must ensure the promotional code is applied correctly during the reservation process in order to receive the discounted fare. Any fare difference resulting from an incorrectly entered promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Greater Bay Airlines may cancel or change the operating flights at any time due to operational requirements. Tickets that have already been booked and confirmed will be handled according to the procedures and arrangements of the Greater Bay Airlines at the time of cancellation.
7. The fares are eligible for passengers paying adult fare only.
8. Customer under 12 years of age or Infant occupying seat apply the same fare and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.  
9. For an infant not occupying a seat, round trip ticket rate is HKD520, and must be accompanied by an adult travelling on the same flight. Please contact Great Bay Airlines Service Centre for reservation and ticket issuance.  
10. Travel must originate from Hong Kong only.
11. Booking will be made under designated Reservations Booking Designator (RBD), and confirmation is subject to seat availability of this RBD at the time of booking. Seats are limited and sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
12. Change is allowed after ticket issuance. Change fee, validity, and terms and conditions for changes will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time of ticket issuance.
13. The ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-transferable.
14. Discounted fares are excluded applicable taxes and other surcharges. The passenger needs to pay the applicable taxes and other surcharges at the time of ticketing.
15. The ticket includes one (1) piece of 7kg carry-on baggage and one (1) piece of 20kg check-in baggage allowance per passenger. Passenger may purchase additional check-in baggage allowance through Greater Bay Airline’s website or Service Centre.
16. For involuntary flight cancellation or rescheduling, rebooking can only be applied once and must be made within seven (7) days of the affected departure day. The revised (new) travel date must be within ten (10) days of the affected departure day.
17. If for any reason a passenger misses the outbound flight of a roundtrip, the returning flight will be invalidated. No refund will be given except for unused taxes.
18. All discounted tickets cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
19. The fare may vary due to factors such as seat availability, booking class, departure date, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. The discounted prices are for reference only. The actual price will be shown at time of booking.
20. Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any of these Terms and Conditions.
21. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Greater Bay Airlines.
22. These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
