You can book your flight directly on the Greater Bay Airlines website or mobile app up to 1 hour before scheduled departure. For last-minute bookings or extra assistance, you can reach out to our Customer Service Center.

We offer a variety of fare tiers tailored to your travel needs: "Go Go Promo", "Go Go", "Value Go", "Flex Go", "Premium Go". Each fare type includes a 7kg of carry-on baggage allowance. You may book a one-way, round-trip or multi-city ticket via our website.

We require passengers to travel as per the itinerary shown in sequence on their ticket, from the place of departure via any agreed connecting points to their final destination, and vice versa. This is how we calculate the overall price of your Ticket. Subject to any Tariffs, you are not permitted to alter the sequence of travel on the Ticket without our agreement. Your Ticket will be deemed invalid, and you will not be able to travel.

A maximum of 9 passengers including infants (max. 2 per booking) under the same itinerary can be booked. If you are travelling with more than 9 passengers, a separate booking is required.

A fuel surcharge is an additional fee charged by a carrier to account for the fluctuation in fuel prices. Fuel surcharge is applicable on all our routes, the amount may vary per destination and will be charged per flight segment.

Only English characters will be accepted. Please note that the name spelling on your ticket must be the same as on your passport or travel document.

If you booked via the Greater Bay Airlines website or app, your E-ticket will be emailed to you right after payment. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it, or contact our Service Centre after 24 hours for assistance.

If you purchased your ticket through a travel agent, please reach out to them directly to receive your booking confirmation and itinerary.

The fare, applicable taxes and surcharges are included in the fare quoted and detailed on the e-ticket after issuance. 

The booking confirmation email sent to you after payment acts as your official invoice. If you booked your flight through a travel agent, please reach out to them directly to request your tax invoice or receipt.

Yes, you can book your ticket(s) first and then provide your booking number, ticket number and travel date, with your copy of new passport by email for our reference. Please be advised the name on your ticket must match with the name on your new passport.  We can update your records for you later. Alternatively, you may update the passport information at the airport check-in counter.

Making changes to your booking

If you have made a booking through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent directly to make any changes.

Yes. To change your flight online, simply visit the [Change Booking] on our website up to 2 hours before departure.

This service is available for Economy Class and Premium Class tickets purchased directly on our website (ticket numbers starting with 283). Any rebooking fees and fare differences will be calculated and paid securely during the online process.

If you wish to purchase a prepaid seat, prepaid meal, or prepaid baggage, you may add these services via Manage Booking on the Greater Bay Airlines’ website and pay online.

  • Tickets booked via Greater Bay Airlines website and mobile app:
    Please contact our Service Centre and provide a copy of your passport for verification. Applicable service fees will be charged (click here for details). Upon approval, we will send you an email to arrange payment and assist with updating your ticket.
  • Tickets booked via a travel agent:
    Please contact your travel agent directly to request the correction, as they must handle all modifications to your booking.

Bookings made via a travel agent cannot be retrieved under the "Manage My Booking" feature. However, you may still purchase extra services by visiting our website and entering your ticket number (starting with 283).

To have a booking automatically show up in your account dashboard, you must create and log into your account before purchasing your ticket. Bookings made as a guest cannot be retroactively linked to an account profile.
