Child Policy

• If 02 children below the age of 15 years share with two adults, both 2 children are FOC on meals and accommodation only. Transfer rates (Child rate) are only applicable for kids under 12 years
• If 02 children below the age of 15 years and One Infant (below 2 years) share with two adults, 1 child will be as a payable child and extra child rate on rooms and meals will be applicable (USD 50/- per night) and 1 child will be FOC on meals and accommodation only. Transfer rates (Child rate) are only applicable for kids under 12 years
• The maximum occupancy in our one-bedroom category is three adults. Additional one child occupant below the age of 15 years can be accommodated as a special case. An additional child will be payable child and extra child rate on rooms and meals will be applicable (USD 50/- per night). Transfer rates (Child rate) are only applicable for kids under 12 years
• Green Tax of USD 12.00 per child/infant per night and child transfer cost will be applicable for kids under 12 years. Kids above 12 years will be charged as per adult transfer rates

Terms & Conditions

1. The upgrade offer is only valid upon the showcase of the GBA Boarding passes at the time of check-in
2. The Room Upgrade Offer is subject to availability at the time of check-in
3. Complimentary Meal Plan upgrade (HB = SAI) is extended if booked on HB (Half Board) Meal Plan only
4. The above-mentioned Complimentary Meal Plan upgrade offer is not applicable to any other Meal Plans
5. Complimentary Meal Plan upgrade & Room Upgrades can be combined
6. A’ la Carte restaurants needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at the time of booking
7. Group booking request for every 15 units can get 1 room FOC (Room & Meals) only. GT & Transfers would be chargeable
8. The exclusive offer is only applicable for new bookings made from the dates specified above. Existing booking will not get the benefit from the offer. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or re-booked
9. All excursions are subject to weather conditions & prior booking is required

12. Please quote the respective booking code when making the reservation, otherwise the booking will be confirmed at the contracted rates without the above offers
13. All villa “Split-Stays” is possible and will be subject to availability at the time of booking, allocation will be as per resort availability. For a split stay room should be vacated by 11:00 am
14. Resort will not accept damaged, torn, cut, written on USD note and USD currency printed before 2006 will not be accepted
15. Every room has 2 life jackets solely for emergency purposes & not to be used for swimming / snorkeling. USD 150 fine will be implied if found guilty
16. Any pre-booked appointment (Water sports / Spa/ Dive / Restaurant bookings / Meal timing) is valid for the confirmed time slot only, last-minute amendments and no-shows will be charged 100%
17. Activities are subject to availability and need to be booked prior, some of the activities will be on a shared basis
18. Damage Assets: any damage that happened to the Resort property (including Watersports / Dive Centre equipment) will be charged to guests as per resort management discretion
19. This offer is subject to stop-sales and can be withdrawn at any time (If Resort decided to withdraw the offer)
20. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation allowed outside 14 days of check-in. Any cancellation made within 14 days of check-in will attract 100% retention
