Greater Bay Airlines offers 100 aviation-related jobs at Hong Kong International Airport Career Expo 2023

Accompanied by Mr Fred Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong (second right), Mr Lam Sai-hung, Secretary for Transport and Logistics (middle), and Mr Chris Sun, Secretary for Labour and Welfare (first left), of the Hong Kong SAR Government, toured the expo after officiating at the opening ceremony and visited the booth of Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) where Mr Stanley Hui, Chief Executive Officer (first right), and Ms Christine Chan, General Manager, Human Resources (second left), of GBA presented the airline’s recruitment and talent development plans and latest updates. 

Greater Bay Airlines participated in the Hong Kong International Airport Career Expo 2023 co-organised by the Hong Kong International Airport and Labour Department. GBA will offer about 100 aviation-related job opportunities from more than 20 positions. 

(4 August 2023) Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) participated in the Hong Kong International Airport Career Expo 2023 co-organised by the Hong Kong International Airport and Labour Department. GBA will offer about 100 aviation-related job opportunities from more than 20 positions at this three-day expo held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 4-6 August 2023.

Accompanied by Mr Fred Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong, Mr Lam Sai-hung, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, and Mr Chris Sun, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, of the Hong Kong SAR Government toured the expo after officiating at the opening ceremony and visited the GBA booth where their representatives presented the airline’s recruitment and talent development plans and latest updates.

Ms Christine Chan, General Manager, Human Resources, GBA, said, “Being the newest airline in Hong Kong, GBA has been proactively expanding its network since the commencement of scheduled service last year. Therefore, we need a stronger fleet and additional manpower to meet the needs of our long-term development. We want more talented people to join us and work together to contribute to the aviation industry and overall economic development of Hong Kong.”

The job vacancies of GBA come from different positions including pilot, cabin crew, ground services supervisor, maintenance control support engineer and management trainee, etc. GBA staff will provide consultation service and arrange on-site interviews to interested parties at the expo.

GBA commenced scheduled service in July 2022 and is currently operating flights to Bangkok, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka and Ho Chi Minh City. For more information, please visit www.greaterbay-airlines.com.
