You are expected to support strategy execution rather than owning department strategy, manage key partner and sales relationships independently, develop partnerships and business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through both agency/GSA sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development (Outport GSA)
- Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and passenger growth targets
- Manage and develop relationships with Outport GSAs and travel agency partners to maximize sales performance and market penetration
- Monitor sales performance of assigned markets and partners, identify business opportunities, and recommend improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews with GSAs and agency partners to drive sales productivity and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market-specific initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, forecasts, and business recommendations for management review
E-Commerce & Digital Sales
- Responsible for TRP HK and TRP Outports sales performance and revenue delivery across designated online sales channels
- Expand partnership network (both local and overseas) to increase user touch points for sales opportunities
- Monitor digital sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour and provide recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and commercial results
- Work closely with the E-Commerce Operations team, BSP sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and delivery of e-commerce initiatives and sales objectives
Partnership Development & Strategic Alliances
- Build and develop a strong partnership network to generate sales revenue and create joint marketing opportunities, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that enhance passenger benefits and strengthen the company's GBA service offerings
- Maintain excellent relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders to support long-term business development objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, operations, and external partners to develop and implement partnership programs and value-added initiatives
- Evaluate partnership performance and recommend new opportunities to increase customer engagement, revenue generation, and brand awareness
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain effective working relationships with corporate customers, industry partners, trade associations, tourism organizations, and other relevant stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, trade functions, networking activities, and partner meetings as required
- Support the Manager in negotiating and managing commercial agreements and partnership arrangements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above with 5 years of airline or travel partnership or travel agency sales experience
- Airlines Reservation and Ticketing knowledge is an advantage but not necessary
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Energetic, excellent analytical, communications and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
