Guidelines for Retrieving the Flight Departure/Arrival Certificate

The Flight Departure/Arrival Certificate can be accessed directly from this page once the selected flight has reached its scheduled or actual departure or arrival time. To retrieve the certificate, simply select the relevant flight number and date.

 

Important Notes

  • Availability Period
    You may retrieve and download the flight certificate for any flight that departed or arrived within the past 6 months.
  • Local Time Display
    All departure and arrival times shown on the certificate are presented in the local time zone of the respective airport.
  • Validity of Certificate
    The certificate is considered valid only when accompanied by a boarding pass or electronic ticket.
  • Code‑Share Flights
    Certificates are not available for flights that are code‑shared and operated by other airlines.
