Job Description
Reporting to Cabin Crew Training Manager, you are expected to provide support in the daily operation of the Cabin Crew Training Team, with particular regard to provide trainings to ensure Cabin Crew knowledge, skills and competencies in line with GBA business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Cabin Crew training materials and records in accordance with CAD and IOSA requirement
- Coach and monitor Cabin Crew trainees to ensure that the trainees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to meet the Company’s standards
- Assess and provide individual Cabin Crew with performance related feedback
- Assist the design, organization and administration of training programmes and provide logistical support, i.e., arrange venue, transport, and training equipment, etc.
- Conduct inflight services training in classroom, on board the aircraft, and/or the outsourced training units
- Conduct phase assessment followed by controlled written and practical examinations
- Organise, monitor, and supervise the Cabin Crew knowledge-based and practical trainings conducted by the Cabin Crew Training Specialist
- Ensure the smooth implementation of training courses, training evaluations and follow-up improvement being carried out accordingly
- Ensure implementation of security, safety, and emergency standards at all times in compliance with corporate safety and security policies
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above
- Trainer qualification is a definite advantage
- A minimum 5 years of training experience in hospitality. Previous cabin crew flying experience is a definite advantage
- Track record of hands-on experience in training course design and delivery
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS office applications and Chinese word processing
- A good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be offered as Cabin Crew Training Officer
