You are expected to provide technical, administrative, and liaison support to the Maintenance Controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Maintenance Controllers (MCs) in daily operations including monitoring fleet status, coordinating technical actions, managing AOG situation to minimize disruption
• Track and manage defect status, conduct defect troubleshooting to ensure timely defect rectification through coordination with engineering teams, line maintenance, material management and maintenance service providers
• Provide support to line station set-up, ensure line station readiness to meet the operational requirements
• Conduct incident/accident investigation, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor engineering‑related delays, collect and analyze delay reports, identify root causes, and propose corrective measures and improvement plans to enhance operational reliability
• Monitor and oversee maintenance service providers’ performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and turnaround times
• Perform riding engineer duties when required
• AOG recovery support in Hong Kong or at outstations
• Contribute to process reviews, reliability programs, and operational improvement initiatives to strengthen engineering efficiency and safety culture

Requirements:

• Holder of a diploma or above in aircraft engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ related working experience in aircraft maintenance experience
• Holder of valid aircraft maintenance basic license, eg: HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR etc or equivalent
• Experience on line maintenance, defect trouble shooting and management is desirable
• Knowledge of HKAR governing aircraft certification and maintenance
• Knowledge of Safety Management System (SMS)
• Good Command of both oral and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing
• Duty Travel and shift duty may be required
• Good team player with good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
