Greater Bay Airlines commences service to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Ms Gloria Slethaug, General Manager, Marketing and Sales (third right), and Mr Ambrose Ng, General Manager, Ground Services (fourth right), of GBA joined the inaugural flight and were warmly welcomed by Mr Hua Kien Trung, Vice President (fourth left), and Mr Nguyen Nhat Long, Head of Research and Development (second left), of Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company, upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City.

Passengers of the Ho Chi Minh City inaugural flight took a photo with the GBA cabin crew at the Hong Kong International Airport.

Passengers were able to enjoy the delicious palmiers and crispy cookies sponsored by Imperial Patisserie on board the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

(18 July 2023) Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) commenced scheduled service to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam this evening, marking the launch of the sixth destination of its network. This new service will operate twice a week between Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat International Airport).

Ms Gloria Slethaug, General Manager, Marketing and Sales, and Mr Ambrose Ng, General Manager, Ground Services, of GBA joined the inaugural flight and were warmly welcomed by Mr Hua Kien Trung, Vice President, and Mr Nguyen Nhat Long, Head of Research and Development, of Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company, uponarrival in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the check-in counters of the Hong Kong International Airport, GBA staff greeted the passengers of the inaugural flight with a souvenir pack and an inaugural flight certificate specially prepared for this memorable moment. What’s more, the passengers were able to enjoy the delicious palmiers and crispy cookies sponsored by Imperial Patisserie.
