Prepaid Seat
You may purchase a preferred seat in advance. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a Flex Go ticket, which comes with free standard or upfront seat. You may place your order when you book your ticket; or you may pre-order via “Manage Booking” no less than 24 hours before scheduled departure time of your flight.

The seat map of your booked flight displays all available seats.
- A one-time complimentary seat (standard or upfront seat) reservation will be offered for Flex-Go ticket holder(s). For Go go and Value Go ticket holder(s), you may purchase your preferred seat in advance via Prepaid Seats.
- Prepaid seat is valid on the original flight only . The fee of prepaid seat is non-refundable. If you rebook your flight, we are not able to transfer the prepaid seat to the new flight .
- Passengers with special needs and children below 18 years are not allowed to sit on exit row seats according to safety regulations.
- Greater Bay Airlines reserves the right to change your seat without prior notice. Should your seat be changed, we will either provide another seat in the same category or higher. We will refund the payment of your prepaid seat if we are unable to move you to another seat of the same category.
Extra seats
- The purchase of extra seat is for Customer’s own comfort only. Transportation or storage of personal items or extra baggage at the extra seat is not allowed.
- Please note that to purchase an extra seat, you must book your flight via our Service Centre. Advance seat assignment is required to arrange adjacent seats for your flight, any associated fees incurred for such advance seat assignment will be charged to your booking.
- Please note all Prepaid Seat is non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties.
