Job Description

Your role is to perform crew control services and oversight duties related to crew duty assignement.

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform duty reassignment for crew member(s) in case of a flight delay, or flight cancellation and ensure all the changes have complied with CAD requirements
  • To arrange crew member(s) should there be any ad-hoc flight requests
  • To keep a record on crew status and submit/provide to parties concerned if necessary
  • To provide on-job-training to the new joiner(s)
  • To carry out an investigation/provide report in case of abnormality occurred
  • To identify potential crew problems/provide solution to a problem
  • Other duties assigned by Department Manager


  • Hong Kong permanent resident preferred
  • Tertiary education in any discipline with minimum 2 years airline experience in crew operations or operations control related area
  • Minimum 3-5 years aviation experience in flight operations, or have acted as a Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, or Flight Operations Officer
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays and overnight) and ability to work under pressure

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
