Job Description

The role will be responsible to manage the overall sales performance of assigned segments for HK markets with the objective to maximum the overall sales performance and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales & distribution strategies and tactic plans towards the sales objectives and maximize overall business performance as a whole
  • Drive the sales team to achieve sales target and enhance the work efficiently with partners and stakeholders
  • Manager individual sales performance and review incentive scheme; perform coaching to sales team to leverage up their skills and performance
  • Conduct market research and perform SWOT analysis, hence to identify potential market and sales opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and marketing promotional materials with Marketing team
  • Conduct sales visit and presentation to target audience and produce sales materials to support agency sales
  • Compile regular and adhoc sales reports


  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Bachelor degree holder or above
  • 10+ years or above sales experience gained from airlines / travelling industry
  • Aggressive, strong market sense, good communication, presentable, able to work under pressure
  • Good MS Office software, including Word, Excel Access, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  6. If you have not been contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of the job posting date, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the job posting date, and will be destroyed thereafter.
  7. If you are invited to attend an interview or a test but are not further contacted by the Company within 8 weeks of your attendance of the interview or test, you may consider your application unsuccessful. Your application and test paper (if applicable) will be kept for 12 months from the date of the last interview or test attended by you, and will be destroyed thereafter.
