Job Description

You are expected to report to Head of Corporate Quality, Safety and Security, you are expected to adopt a hands-on approach and to help strengthen our Corporate Quality capabilities in step with the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the QMS and QA programme, particularly on handling audit findings, corrective actions and change the mode/mean of oversight activities
  • Coordinate and manage the IOSA programme
  • Coordinate and manage the Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) programme that provides for auditing, evaluation and review of the Company management system
  • Develop and monitor the execution of annual operational audit plan
  • Monitor safety compliance to ensure the Company's policy, process and procedures meet safety regulations, standards and industry best practices
  • Conduct the internal audits and inspections
  • Manage the Company Quality Management Database to ensure standardised use for recording keep and communication
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • University education or holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Mechanic licence or Commercial Pilot Licence or Air Transportation Pilot Licence
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in aviation, including a minimum 3 years of work in aviation roles related to Safety Compliance, Quality and Safety Management System
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and the Company in-house policies and procedures
  • Have a thorough knowledge of QMS and SMS operations
  • Attended the training related to Aviation Quality/ISO QMS Auditor/IOSA Auditor is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • People-oriented, with positive and collaborative attitude
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
