Job Description

This position is reporting to Chief Training Captain.  You are expected to oversee the training function within Greater Bay Airlines to ensure effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies
  • Evaluate Training Programs
  • Ensure compliance with authority standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Implement training software (e.g. Training rostering system and E-Learning system)
  • Provide monthly Flight Crew training plan for roster planning 
  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee schedules, attendance records, course certificates and training forms)
  • Resolve Flight Crew training administrative issues as they arise
  • Recommend improvements to existing or new training administration processes
  • Communicate with CAD and external training suppliers, as required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status
  • Holder of a higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in training administration for airlines or training organisation
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of database and Learning Management System is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • A good team player, with strong communication skills
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
