Greater Bay Airlines welcomes Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan and 2026 Policy Address

(16 September 2026) Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) welcomes Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) and the 2026 Policy Address announced by the Chief Executive today. GBA’s Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Hou Wei said, the directions, missions and initiatives set out by the Chief Executive would be instrumental in deepening the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, better integrating Hong Kong into and serving the overall national development, and providing advantageous conditions and more opportunities for Hong Kong's aviation and tourism industries, as well as the city's overall development. He added that GBA will continue expanding its network by launching more routes across Asia and the Chinese Mainland, providing quality services to passengers travelling to and from Hong Kong, and those transiting through the city, aiming to enhance Hong Kong's status as an international aviation hub and contribute to the long-term development of both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area as a whole.
