Job Description
You are expected to provide general support to Information Technology Department and expected to coordinate IT project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the approved timeline and budget based on business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Essentially the lead member of Project Management Office, lead IT peers to generate benefits from formalizing project management standards, processes and policies across the pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Examples include but not limited to Commercial (Brand, Marketing and Distributions), eCommerce (Digital Customer Experience), Ground Operations, I.T. (Information Technology), Outport, Finance and Procurement
- Experienced in handling gaps of understanding between internal and external parties, resolve any conflicts effectively
- Attention to detail, be proactive in communicating risks and issues concisely, support stakeholders with the preparation of action plans
- Manage the dynamic project team of individuals. Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle
- Prepare project status reports and updates to stakeholders and IT Steering Committees
Requirements:
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Business, project management or related disciplines
- Project management related certification such as PMP, and professional certification such as ACP, CSM, PBA, ITSM, PRINCE, are preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as the Project Manager in project management, handling cross-geographical, cross-cultural and enterprise projects
- Experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and management multiple medium projects in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in commercial aviation will be an advantage
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
