Job Description
You are expected to take care of media relations, crisis management, publicity events, internal communications and corporate affairs of Greater Bay Airlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing media communications strategies for the Company, executing media relations activities including press conferences, briefings, interviews, and handling of media enquiries and complaints
- Keep abreast of important policies and developments related to the aviation industry and update the team
- Assist in building strong relations with media in Hong Kong, Chinese mainland and overseas
- Assist in crisis and issue management
- Support in planning and organising corporate events, internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities;
- Support in managing and coordinating the contents of the corporate website;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Communications
Requirements
- Hong Kong permanent resident status
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs or related disciplines
- A minimum of 6 years of solid experience in related areas of work
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese work processing
- Ability to be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment
- The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated. Consideration will be given to those who are unable to get vaccinated for valid medical reasons
