【Special Ticketing Guidelines】

The following seasonal schedule will be updated starting from 5 April 2024 to 25 October 2024, passengers originally booked on the round-trip flight HB710/711 between Hong Kong and Taipei will be re-accommodated on the same day's round-trip flight HB706/707 between Hong Kong and Taipei. Passengers who have already completed their flight bookings will not be affected, and the e-ticket Itinerary & Booking Confirmation will remain valid. For passengers holding other airlines’ tickets travelling on our flights, please contact ticket issuance office to reissue the ticket accordingly. 


If you wish to rebook or request a refund, the charges will be waived*, including non-refundable tickets. Details are as follows:

^From the affected departure day. The waiver for rebooking requests can be applied only once.

How to arrange your ticket refund?

Please follow the below step to manage your ticket refund: 

Step 1 

  • Go to "Manage Booking" from the Homepage of Greater Bay Airlines' website.
  • Click on the first column to enter the ticketing system.

Step 2

  • Input your ticket information including: 
  1. Order number / Electronic passenger ticket number
  2. Last/Family name
  3. First/Given name
  • Select the correct Captcha picture to identify you are not a robot.
  • Click the "Search" button after finishing.
  • Check "Order Information" and click "Apply for refund" if the information is correct.

 

Step 3

Put a "√" on Outbund trip and click "Next" button if the information shown is correct. 

Step 4

  • Check the information shown and input  "Reason of refund" to describe your reason for cancellation.
  • Choose Refund type, put a tick to show your understanding of terms and conditions, fare rules and conditions of carriage. 
  • Click the "Submit" button.

Step 5

  • Click "Confirm" to complete the refund process.
  • You will receive a confirmation email for ticket cancellation/refund application.
  • The refund process will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
