Super Typhoon Ragasa - Special Ticketing Arrangement

To minimise the inconvenience caused to passengers, special ticketing arrangement is available for passengers departing between 23 September and 25 September. Tickets can be rebooked within 7 days from the original departure dates; the new travel dates must be within 10 days of the original departure dates. Passengers departing on 24 September can also request a refund within 14 days from the original departure dates. All the associated fees will be waived.  Please contact respective ticketing issuing agents for assistance.
