You are expected to response for developing strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, especially initiatives on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies, plan and execute marketing campaigns, including media plan and promotional activities
  • Manage day-to-day activities across digital and social media channels, including creating, scheduling and publishing contents, responding to comments/enquiries, monitoring and reporting
  • Supervise internal and external graphic and multimedia design teams
  • Monitor budget and control costs stringently
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented
  • Use AI tools to facilitate graphic/multimedia design and production of marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing or brand management. Prior experience in the airline or transportation industry is a distinct advantage
  • Experience in the use of AI tools is a must
  • Hands-on experience in photo shooting and editing is required
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-business, loyalty program development, advertising, promotions, database management is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated and self-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua
  • Able to work effectively under tight timelines and pressure. Flexible and willing to work outside office hours
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Brand Marketing Manager
