Beware of Scam Calls and Messages

In view of recent incidents of suspected fraudulent calls from individuals impersonating staff of certain companies, Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) would like to remind customers to be aware of scam calls and messages.

To protect personal data and prevent any financial loss, customers are advised to:

• remain vigilant and do not disclose personal data to others arbitrarily;
• verify the authenticity of the caller or organisation through other contact methods if they are in doubt of the caller’s identity;
• reject any suspicious requests for money transfers and should never disclose sensitive information, such as online banking account details, usernames, passwords, etc to any third party; and
• report the matter to the Police immediately if a fraud is suspected.

GBA accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss that may arise from scam calls or messages.
