Change booking
Eligibility: Applies only to tickets purchased via the Greater Bay Airlines official website, with ticket numbers beginning “283,” and operated by Greater Bay Airlines. Valid for Economy Class and Premium Class.
Change Procedure: Changes must be completed through the online system before departure, no later than 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
Travel Agency Bookings: For tickets purchased through travel agencies, please contact the agency directly.
Fees: Change fees and no-show charges apply in accordance with fare rules. Any applicable fees will be collected instantly during the change process.
Seat Availability: Changes are subject to seat availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fare Difference: Passengers may be required to pay any fare difference, tax difference, or fuel surcharge difference when rebooking.

Tickets including codeshare or other airline-operated sectors
Change fees vary depending on fare type.
Passengers requiring special assistance must contact the Customer Service Center after completing online changes, as services will not automatically transfer.
Prepaid Seat, prepaid meals, and prepaid baggage allowances will be cancelled upon rebooking. Prepaid products cannot be transferred or refunded.
Once a change is confirmed, any change or no-show fees are non-refundable. Subsequent changes will be treated as new transactions and subject to additional fees.
