Flight Delays and Cancellations

We will do our best to minimise any impact to your journey during flight disruptions.

Based on the nature of the flight delay or cancellation, we will issue special ticketing guidelines via our website to inform passengers on how to make changes to their booking or apply for a ticket refund.

Please note you may submit your refund request within 30 days of the original flight's departure date, and all the associated fees will be waived.

Once you have submitted and agreed to rebook your flight date with the waiver applied, you may no longer be eligible to apply for a full refund of the unused flight segments.

If you request a refund after rebooking, the normal refund fee will apply.

Greater Bay Airlines passengers may apply for a Flight Certificate. The certificate is only for proof of travel on our flights or for insurance claims in case of flight delay or cancellation. We only accept applications submitted within 180 days after the flight arrival.
