Onboard Experience Executive (Catering Operations)

The candidate is supported the efficient management of inflight catering operations, supplier performance, food safety compliance, inventory control, procurement activities and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a safe, reliable and cost-effective catering service that supports both operational requirements and customer experience objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Catering Duty Manager and primary point of contact with Catering Service Providers and catering suppliers, overseeing daily catering service delivery and operational performance to ensure compliance with company standards and service requirements
- Investigate catering-related incidents, service failures, delays and passenger feedback, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct regular reviews of catering uplift, equipment availability and service processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Support operational readiness during aircraft swaps, schedule disruptions, and ad-hoc operations to minimize service impact
- Monitor catering supplier performance and service quality
- Support catering contract (Local and outport) administration, tenders, and supplier negotiations
- Manage caterers and conduct supplier performance audits on a regular basis
- Manage catering inventory and equipment replenishment
- Raise Purchase Orders, process invoices, and support budget control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations and process improvements
- Support procurement of catering equipment, amenities, and onboard items
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of onboard F&B offerings to enhance onboard experience and drive ancillary revenue
- Monitor product performance and passenger feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and product enhancement
- Support menu reviews, meal innovation , and product trials to ensure offerings remain competitive and aligned with passenger preferences
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to introduce new products while maintaining cost effectiveness
- Support the rollout of premium cabin products, special meals and other revenue-generating initiatives
- Galley packing optimization, and operational efficiency projects
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to support new aircraft and service initiatives
Requirements:
- Holder of a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airline catering, inflight services, hospitality, or food & beverage operations
- Strong supplier management, procurement, and operational coordination skills
- Knowledge of food standards and inventory management
- Previous airline or cabin crew experience is an advantage
