The candidate is expected to support the SEP Training Team in coordinating and administering Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training programmes for cabin crew and flight crew, while ensuring accurate training records and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role contributes to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the planning, scheduling, and coordination of SEP training courses (initial, recurrent, conversion, and requalification) in line with regulatory and company requirements
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining training materials, equipment, manuals, and classroom facilities prior to and after each training session
  • Assisting SEP Training Team in the conduct of classroom and practical training sessions, including setup and facilitation of mockup, simulator, and practical exercises
  • Maintaining and updating all cabin crew and flight crew training records, attendance logs, and reports in coordination with the internal departments/teams, e.g., Rostering Team
  • Monitoring trainee attendance, performance records, and examination outcomes; ensuring all documentation is complete and accurately filed
  • Providing administrative support in the development, revision, and formatting of training manuals, lesson plans, and training aids
  • Assisting in the preparation of training statistics, reports, and submissions for internal and regulatory audits
  • Supporting the management of training equipment, simulators, and facilities to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
  • Liaising with other departments/teams, e.g., Cabin Crew Operations, Flight Operations, Rostering, etc., on scheduling, reporting, and training coordination as required.
  • Supporting SEP Training Team in the conduct of examinations, assessments, and evaluations by administering materials and coordinating logistics
  • Monitoring and reporting safety or quality issues related to training facilities or activities via the company’s reporting system
  • Participating in periodic self-audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives related to SEP training operations.
  • Providing general administrative and operational assistance to the AMSEPT and TMSEP in support of training and compliance functions
  • Undertaking any other duties or projects assigned by TMSEP to support departmental and company objectives
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cabin crew operations, aviation training, or related administrative support functions
  • Familiarity with airline safety, emergency, and security procedures preferred
  • Knowledge of training administration, documentation control, and record-keeping practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
