PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO VICE CHAIRMAN
Job Description
We are inviting applications for a Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Greater Bay Airlines. He/she is entrusted to provide high level confidential support including all round secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of both professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive day to day secretarial and administrative support to the Vice Chairman
- Organizes and manages local and overseas appointments, coordinate internal and external business meetings, as well as social events for the Vice Chairman
- Ensures smooth liaison and running of the airline’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, which includes preparation of meeting materials, translation of documents in both languages (Chinese and English) when needed, and with appropriate service and resources being well organized
- Develops effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, shareholders and partners
- Provides high standard administrative support including the handling and drafting of correspondence, minutes for meetings and any other administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinates travel itineraries and arrangements for domestic and overseas trips when needed
- Manages key projects or organizational events as required
- Performs any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience supporting senior level executives in similar capacity
- Prior exposure or experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Holder of Hong Kong and/or PRC driver’s license(s) an advantage
- High level of integrity and sensitivity in handling confidential business and personal information
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and attend to details
- Presentable, diplomatic with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, with good team-work and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel as required
