The Summer Cabin Crew Intern Programme 2026 offers students immersive exposure to the cabin crew profession, including safety procedures, inflight service delivery, and the day-to-day operations that support an exceptional onboard experience.
Internship Curriculum:
- Complete a formal Training Programme aligned with the standard Cabin Crew Induction curriculum.
- Undertake the required training and assessments to fulfil the applicable regulatory requirements for the relevant cabin crew licence.
- Gain practical exposure through supervised line experience during the summer period.
Requirements:
Aged 18 or over
Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline
A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
Fluency in oral English and Cantonese with the ability to read and write Chinese. Good command of one or more of the following Asian languages: Putonghua, Japanese or Korean would be definitely an added advantage
A team player, with sound communication and interpersonal skills
People oriented with strong customer service ethos
Able to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
