Greater Bay Airlines invites driven and motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) Programme, a structured talent development pathway designed to groom our future leaders.
About the Programme
Our Management Trainee Programme is a long‑term leadership development initiative that provides comprehensive exposure across core airline functions. Through structured rotations, on‑the‑job learning, coaching, and project assignments, MTs gain a broad business perspective and build the capabilities required for progressive management roles.
The Role
Participate in planned rotations across key departments to gain end‑to‑end business exposure
Support operational, commercial, and corporate initiatives through hands‑on assignments and projects
Analyse business issues, prepare recommendations, and contribute to process improvements
Develop leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Build a solid foundation for future management and leadership roles within the Company
Who We Are Looking For
A recognised Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with strong academic results
Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with up to 2 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua) is an advantage
Strong learning agility, drive, and leadership potential
Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
